Learn to build Facebook and Instagram campaigns properly, then read what the numbers are telling you. Coaching and team sessions from a Perth agency that also manages paid ads.

In short

Meta Ads coaching in Perth teaches business owners and their teams to run Facebook and Instagram advertising themselves. Candour Media Solutions covers ad sets, custom audiences, retargeting pixels and reading the data, so you can stop boosting posts, see what’s working and put your budget behind it.

What we cover

What Meta Ads coaching in Perth covers

Facebook and Instagram ads run through the same system, so Facebook ads training and Instagram ads training are largely one lesson. We start with how an account fits together.

  • Ad sets

Ads Manager has three levels: campaign, ad set and ad. The ad set is where you choose your audience, placements, budget and schedule, so it’s where much of your money gets decided.

  • Custom audiences

A custom audience is built from your own sources, such as website visitors, a customer list or people who engaged with your page. We cover what each one is for and when to use it.

  • Retargeting pixels

The Meta pixel is code on your website that logs actions such as a purchase. It lets you measure what your ads did and reach people who have already shown interest. We also cover what it shouldn’t touch.

  • Reading the data

Ads Manager offers plenty of numbers, and few of them matter on any given day. We show you which ones relate to the goal you chose, so you can scale what works and cut what doesn’t.

Boosting or building

Why boosting a post only takes you so far

The Boost button is easy, which is the point of it. Meta’s own guide says a boosted post is an ad made from content you’ve already published, with fewer customisation and targeting options than an ad built in Ads Manager.

That matters when you want something specific, such as a sale or an enquiry. Ads Manager lets you pick objectives including leads and sales, and gives you more say over placements and creative. Boosting still has its uses, and Meta says some goals can be reached that way. We’d just like you choosing it on purpose.

So the coaching is practical. You learn to set an objective, build the ad set and judge the outcome against what you wanted. It tends to suit:

  • Owners spending their own money who want to understand it
  • Staff handed the ad account with little training
  • Teams who want to bring their ads in-house
  • Businesses that want to read an agency’s reports with confidence

How it works

What a coaching session looks like

We shape each session around your business, so the format depends on who needs to learn and what you’re running.

  1. Show us the account

Your goals, your account as it stands and who will be using it. Starting from nothing is fine too.

  2. Choose the focus

We work out what needs covering, and whether coaching or a team session suits you.

  3. Build it hands-on

We work through ad sets, audiences and the pixel practically, so each step makes sense on screen.

  4. Read the results

We go through what the numbers are saying, and what they suggest doing next.

Straight answers

Frequently asked questions

Is it better to train staff or outsource Meta Ads?

Train staff if someone has regular time for it and you want the skill in the business. Outsource if nobody has the hours, or if mistakes would cost more than the training saves. Some businesses do a bit of both, and our paid ads service explains what managed work involves.

What is Meta advertising?

Meta advertising is paid advertising across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp and the Meta Audience Network. Most of it is set up in Ads Manager, where you choose a goal, an audience, a budget and the ads themselves.

Does ad spend sit on top of coaching?

Yes. You set the budget yourself, as a daily or lifetime amount, and that money goes to Meta, apart from any coaching fee. What it buys depends on your audience, your goal and how well the ad works.

How do you charge for Meta Ads coaching?

Each session is scoped to the business, so there’s no fixed fee on this site. The quote follows how many people are learning, what you want covered and where your account is now.

Do you run public Meta Ads courses in Perth?

Our Meta Ads training is arranged around your business, so there are no public dates on this site. Tell us who needs to learn and ask about a session. Our wider training and strategy page shows what else we offer.

Do I need a website to run Meta ads?

No, you can run ads that lead to messages or a lead form inside Facebook or Instagram. A website does give you more to work with, because the pixel needs one to log actions such as purchases. If your site isn’t ready for paid traffic, our websites team can help.
